Workspace Profiles is designed to work without an account or a remote profile service. The extension stores your named profiles and domain assignments in your browser’s local extension storage.

What the extension handles

• Profile names and your text, spacing, contrast, cursor halo, and focus magnification settings.
• The domains you explicitly assign to a profile.
• A JSON backup only when you choose Export; the file is created locally.

What we do not collect

We do not collect browsing history, page text, form contents, passwords, payment information, analytics identifiers, or profile settings. The extension has site access only so it can apply an assigned profile when that site loads. Temporary focus magnification skips password and common payment fields.

Supporter Pass

If you buy or verify a Supporter Pass, the landing page sends the license token you provide to the Sociobot billing API. A verification result and timestamp are cached in your browser for up to one day. Sociobot / Dodo is the merchant of record and processes checkout information under its own policies. The extension itself does not receive payment details.

Retention and deletion

Your profiles remain until you delete them or remove the extension’s browser data. You can delete individual profiles inside the extension. Removing the extension normally removes its local storage. You can remove a stored Supporter Pass by clearing site data for this website.

For privacy questions, open an issue in the public source repository. Because no profile service exists, there is no server-side profile record for us to retrieve or delete.
